• I intend to display any (not necessarily all) commissioned work in my portfolio/on my dA/LiveJournal/Tumblr/Flickr/etc. If you would rather keep the piece personal, I will respect those wishes. Simply let me know.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason or, if I deem it necessary, change the price of a commission before payment is received.
• I prefer using Paypal for payment.
• You will get an invoice upon receiving your artwork.
• If payment is not received within a week's time, the commission will be considered terminated. If there is a substantial reason for no payment within that time frame, termination can be reconsidered.
• If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission after payment is received, you will get a full refund.
• I work with digital and traditional means. Depending on your request, you will receive a hard copy or a digital file.
• You may not use the art received commercially without my consent. All commissions, by default, are deemed personal and should only be used as such. Let me know if you desire commercial usage and we can arrange something.
• Reference images are preferred for any and all requests to ensure accuracy on my part and happiness on yours.
• I am open to negotiations concerning price and content.
• Fanart requests are welcome, but I am less likely to accept on a fandom I am unfamiliar with. The reason for this is since I am not knowledgeable on a particular fandom, I find it harder to connect with the piece artistically and therefore it would not be the best it could be. That being said, I will not out-right refuse a fandom I am unfamiliar with.
• Keep in mind I draw best where humans are concerned and am so-so with animals. Remember this when you make a request to ensure you get what you're looking for.

Comics
There will be no flat rate for comics, but will cost a bit more than the rest seeing as I first will need to do character drawings and comics are overall more labor intensive. Depending on the length, detail, and how the story is given (i.e prose or script), the price shall vary. Please ask for this only if your story is complete.
